For hygiene reasons, panties are only refundable if unopened and sealed.

Beauty cosmetics must be returned unopened and unused within 14 days for a refund.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

Can I exchange items instead?
